The beds were comfortable and close to the main commercial area.
Negatives:
For the purpose of our week long stay, this hotel was good enough, but it would've been nice to have more daily breakfast options: it looked like the egg omellettes and sausages were warmed up from the day before, the waffle batter was sitting in the same container the whole week thay at the end of the week it was all water. The pool was dirty and cold.
Overall, it is a dated and expensive property to stay in Dubuque given its faults.

A little outdated , bathtub was clean but could have new caulking , cracked and little mildew and coffee was out and waffle mix , Im sure eventually filled it up later and elevator was down , but was on first floor , but wouldn’t be happy if I was in upper floor

Nothing since the beginning they told me that if they found hair on the bed they would charge me for my pets. The staff was very curt and somewhat rude.
Negatives:
They are not really pet friendly. They charged me an extra $820 for bringing my dogs and then the deposit of $820 for my pets.
