Service dog friendly. Made movements so my mom could be down stairs an for us to be next to her.
Negatives:
Our room we couldn't shower in cuz felt like we was going to fall through it. An I have a few medical issues right now where I have to soak an no I noticed in my mom's room there was mold. In shower area. Wasn't impressed that they ask a 200.00 deposit

Outside doors did not require key to get in making it feel unsafe. Was there a hot tub or pool? We don't know. The bed seemed old and my husband noticed some bites on his back the next day. Bed bugs?

easy to get to, the king sized bed was very comfortable, the tv was nice. The best about it was the price of $----for one night, which was very reasonable. Room had microwave and fridge which were convenient.
Negatives:
breakfast did not have any hot dishes, even for the microwave. No wheat bread. The closets in the room were non-existent, instead there was a spot where three horizontal bars were installed, and the maximum weight it said it could hold was 5 lbs.

The staff attitude was less than warm. I dont mind spending your price so long as I feel welcome. May have to rethink my next visit to Dubuque. Sorry. You cant fix it if you dont hear it.

Positives:
We didn't eat the breakfast here... my wife and I are Celiacs and there were no good gluten free options.
Negatives:
No microwave or coffee machine in the room. We were also charged $30 for an 8 lb dog (wonderfull travelling companion); the most we've ever paid in other Super 8 Motels was $10/night and sometimes they didn't charge us at all. $30???
