The room was not clean. There was enough dust and pet hair on the furniture and fridge that my hand left marks when I touched the fridge and tabletops. Staff was ok but not friendly or pleasant. Also booked because a bar was advert on line but they no longer have it. Very disappointing stay overall.

Seemed understaffed. Front desk was sparsely occupied. Hot breakfast food was horrible. I would discontinue serving the hot food and keep the rest.

Good location and parking, breakfast was mostly great, and exterior of the building was kept up really well. The gym equipment as also brand new.

They're struggling with staffing depending on the shift. Much of the staff was excellent in every way, and the remainder were always friendly...but was clear some needed additional training.

The appearance was good.
Negatives:
Sheets were inside out, which means they were not clean. Left over food was left if the fridge from whoever stayed there before. Used bar of soap was still in the shower.
