Everything from start to finish was a bad experience. Upon arrival the front desk receptionist had trouble finding our booking. The whole process took over 30 minutes for her to get us situated in a room. I had previously called a week before our stay to ask for adjoining rooms and at one point, she told us that the only thing she could do for us was get us close rooms. Eventually, she was able to find her second booking because she kept telling us it was in a different name.
Upon entering the rooms, only one of the room key cards worked. The front desk receptionist had to let us into the second room and we never received cards for that room.
The showerhead was detached from the wall.
Once we got ready to go to bed, we pulled back the sheets, and there was blood on the bed that went through all of the sheets. Clearly the sheets were not cleaned prior to our stay.
At 9 PM we had to go out and speak with the receptionist then she gave us incorrect sheets so we had to go out again and get all of the new sheets.
