Location was awesome. Breakfast was great.

Trained staff, attentive staff, no listening to problems, staff out smoking and not at desk, staff seen going into bathroom and stayed in there 35 mins as I waited to voice a party going on next to our room at 130am. I requested a double queen and was made to except a King bed for 3 of us. Hideaway bed was so uncomfortable that we all squeezed into one bed. I could have spent less at a motel 6 and possibly could have been accommodated better. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Went to pool and had to leave because 10 to 13 year Olds doing cannonballs. Went to front desk,it was addressed but kept going on so had to leave.

Only stayed 1 night and asked for refund for second night, was told they could not refund because I booked with a booking agency. I really do not believe that they could not refund me as they were paid for two nights.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the breakfast was very good.

Didn't need it but the TV did not work. We had other devices we were using so didn't call to complain. Wife was a little surprised a blow dryer was not supplied.

Clean and comfortable beds. Great water pressure, and the room had a big tub/ shower. A microwave and refrigerator were available. Breakfast was included and was typical. Good coffee. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised because it was so affordable. The only negative was the $25 pet fee, but even with that, it was a good value compared to competitors.
They have a nice pool and exercise room.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy.

The shower would not drain properly. My girl took a shower at around 8:00 p.m. and at 9:00 a.m. the next morning there was still standing water in the tub. The key cards were extremely difficult to use. They needed to be swiped multiple times on both the exterior and interior doors. The atmosphere around the hotel outside was very loud. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I think that this place could benefit with some all-around maintenance and upgrades for the entire building. I probably would not stay here again.
