Location was awesome. Breakfast was great.

Trained staff, attentive staff, no listening to problems, staff out smoking and not at desk, staff seen going into bathroom and stayed in there 35 mins as I waited to voice a party going on next to our room at 130am. I requested a double queen and was made to except a King bed for 3 of us. Hideaway bed was so uncomfortable that we all squeezed into one bed. I could have spent less at a motel 6 and possibly could have been accommodated better. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Went to pool and had to leave because 10 to 13 year Olds doing cannonballs. Went to front desk,it was addressed but kept going on so had to leave.

Only stayed 1 night and asked for refund for second night, was told they could not refund because I booked with a booking agency. I really do not believe that they could not refund me as they were paid for two nights.
