It was clean enough although no one came to clean or replace towels on our stay and we were there for 3 nights.
Negatives:
I had booked here because it was the only place I could find that would allow pets, and I booked a non refundable room. I ended up not bringing the dogs (good thing because it was $40/pet/night with a max of 25lb dogs) and had to keep my reservation. When I arrived I found out they did not have a king bed that I had non refundably booked and had been downgraded to a queen. They did reduce the rate by $5 per night… I was particularly frustrated because we are a family with a toddler so the stay was much tighter than anticipated.

Would not allow us to check in a little early. The 2nd night they didn't have a room that we reserved months in advance. My parents had same issue as well as one of my friends. Garbage.

Was there for Berkshire Hathaway Shareholders meeting and rates in Omaha were skyhigh. The hotel is simple and clean, staff is friendly. Next to the hotel is a place where you can grab some food, even at 5am.
Negatives:
There is a railway track nearby and at night the train horns can be heard.
