Negatives: I had no heat in my room and no soda machines

Negatives: I don't know if there's enough space to say all the bad things. When I got there to check in the owners wife was the to check me in, she was so rude, not even friendly at all, she acted like I was going to try to rip her off or something I'm not sure but she shouldn't be working around the public. When we ( my husband and I ) went up to our room it was terrible. We just had to park in the back of the place and it was dark and scary out back. We walked in our room and it smelled so bad like mold. There was a cobwebs in the corner of the room that looked like they have been there for a year or more. Old bedding, pillows were flat as pancakes stains on the sheets that looked like they have never been changed for months. Then came a cockroach running across the floor. GROSS!!! The toilet wouldn't flush and there was burnt cigarettes stains on the side of the tub. The faucet for the tub was falling off. The towels had big stains on them that looked like someone wiped there but on them and didn't wash them. And there is a no refund policy they have. In the middle of the night we got woke up to people yelling and dogs barking, and when I called the front desk the owner answered and said he doesn't care about what's going on. The next day we were told that there was a assault up by our room and all the way down to the back parking lot. This was the worst motel I've ever been in. We had no choice but to stay there cause they wouldn't give us our money back and we're not rich people so we couldn't just go get another motel room. I think this motel should be condemned or at the least call the motel rescue guy. I would not ever stay there again or I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There were stains on the lamp shades. Curtains were ripped exhaust fan was covered in mold and rust. The toilet paper roller was coming off the wall. Dead cockroaches on the ceiling the carpet all ripped and a good trip hazard.

Negatives: Everything, first stay here with my family.. when we went to check in the office lady was very rude and unprofessional... it was just as cold in the lobby and breakfast area and hallways as it was outside (15 degrees) i asked where our room was because she handed us the room card and didnt even tell us a room number. didnt tell us a little about what the hotel offers or anything.. then i ask what the best way to get to our room was and she rudly told us ¨theres another enterence on the other side of the building¨ very rudly.. So we walked up to our room cracks in walls.. our room so the table was broke (not a desk), bathroom looked like it was never cleaned, no trimming was up and holes in between the walls and flooring, you had to unplug stuff to even plug the fridge and microwave in, sheets were not clean, 2 lights didnt have light bulbs, my husband looked at me and said were not staying.. went down to return the key and lady was extremly rude about it.... Needs updates on inside very badly, and happier staff that wants to be there...
