Negatives: Room was on side of hotel closest to busy road, so it was not quiet and hard to sleep first night there. Bathroom door latch didn't work so door wouldn't stay shut.

Positives: Front desk lady was absolutely amazing at correcting things and very friendly. Pool area was a nice size and clean.
Negatives: Booked a king suite with separate room and it was filthy. Bathroom not cleaned, used bandage and candy under the bed, dirt and 'marshmallow fluff' (I hope) on the TV and walls. They moved us to another room on the spot, but I feel like we should have been reimbursed some going from a King Suite with separate room to a king room with pullout couch.

Positives: The room was pretty clean, although had an odor from the cleaning products used. The front clerk was very welcoming. The pool was a good size.
Negatives: Breakfast was okay…wish there were a few more hot options. The hallway carpet and entry doors in to rooms could be updated, old and stains.
