Positives: We had an unexpected/unwanted guest our first morning there and the front desk did an awesome job of protecting our privacy and did not tell her we were there. The breakfast was great, and the whole place was very clean.

Negatives: It would have been nice if a staff person would have stopped the late night door slamming and kids running in the halls. The toilet was not securely attached to the wall so it audibly rocked when you sat/stood up.

Positives: The breakfast was good. It would have been nice to see the menu switched up a little bit. We had the same options all three days we were there. The pancake machine was not available for use.

Negatives: The hot tub was not that hot. The water in the hot tub smelled funny, like it wasn't at the right levels for chlorine or something. The water color was a little off. The water in the pool was COLD.
