We were put in a handicapped room. We could hear every single thing the family next door did and said. It was crazy. It was like we were sharing the same room. We could hear them whispering and even when they tore the toilet paper off their roll as well as all the other bathroom activities (like pooping). It made my entire family hypersensitive to everything we did or said in our room. We woke up the next morning when the other room did because we heard their phone alarms go off and their kids had no filter. Honestly, it was absolutely horrible.

Positives:
The clean room was very spacious. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels provided. The breakfast was good for a typical hotel breakfast. It was really nice having several options for coffee beyond the standard decaf or regular.
Negatives:
Seating in the breakfast area was really limited and hard to find somewhere to sit if you don’t like or can’t use the really tall long table.

Negatives:
The room was advertised as a handicap room. It had a tub, not a walk-in shower. There was no seat in the tub so it could not be used for a person who has a problem standing for long periods of time. The water coming out of the tub faucet was barely warm. Neither my wife or I could use the tub.
