Front desk guy for some reason asked if I had a dog with me and if I put a handicap placard on the rear view mirror. The AIR CONDITIONER KEPT SHUTTING OFF even when set for 60 degrees. VERY BAD. I need it to be cool in the room so I can sleep.

Location was good. Room was clean.

Requested towels/bedding change before outing. Came back, to unmade beds and no clean towels. I was unhappy. Worker in the dining area assured me that he would tell the desk person. The desk was unattended. Walls thin. Noisy stomping/running upstairs.
