Negatives:
We ended up not staying at location due to arriving to a huge remodeling project underway. Too dangerous to stay. Went to another hotel. It would have been nice to know of construction before making reservations. We wouldn't have had to scramble for alternative rooms elsewhere. However, thankful for cancellation fee refunded.

Couldn't find the hotel because it was night and the sign wasn't lighted. Then couldn't find the door to go in because there was no light anywhere to light the signs telling you where the door was. Ridiculous that the construction isn't finished after more than a year. And get that sign lit so people can at least find the hotel!!!

A+++ Sue at the front desk has exceptional customer service. I had an allergic reaction which gave me an intense migraine the morning of checkout. I called down to see if I could pay to have my checkout time extended. She offered me an extended 1 pm checkout free of charge! When I did checkout, she saw that I still wasn't feeling the best and offered me bottled water, which was actually very needed and extremely appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and service was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.
