The room was good.
Negatives:
The manager was hateful and didn't try to help when we had an issue. She said we couldn't take the dogs on the elevator, and we were put on the 3rd floor. When I told her I had a bad knee and couldn't do the steps, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "Deal with it, it's our policy." She didn't try to accommodate by moving us to a different room on the 1st floor or anything, so we left 4 days earlier than planned. We'll never stay there again.
