The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Staff was okay.
Negatives:
When we checked in all was fine. When we got to the room it was what we paid for. We went to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Back to the front desk but the hotel was oversold. They didn’t bother to tell us upon check in or offer a solution.
We had to call maintenance to fix the shower door as it wasn’t adjusted properly. Over room was not what we wanted or paid for and never got a resultion yet. Still working with booking.com. Overall the staff was friendly but hoping we didn’t notice then charging us seems wrong.
