The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The common areas smelled of pot. The second floor was full of construction materials that we had to walk through to get to our room. Constant loud noise from 10pm-3am. People yelling, dogs barking and lots of fists banging on doors.

This is the worst motel I've ever been to. I needed a warm room and a shower. The air conditioner was blowing cold and it was -18f outside. Instead of a warm room and a shower, I caught a cold!
