Positives: Very clean and inviting as always! The front desk clerk was awesome!
Negatives: We ate the breakfast buffet. It has always been excellent on past visits. We got down to breakfast around 9AM on this visit. Oatmeal was almost gone, one of the meat selections was empty. Both didn't get refilled either. Also, food wasn't hot.

Positives: Ease of access to location. Everything I saw was clean in hotel and staff was very helpful. I locked myself out of my room without my access key and ID. I was escorted from the front desk by security with a new key. They accessed the room and viewed my ID before leaving making sure it was actually my room they had let me into.

Positives: The staff tried to help me with this erroneous date that pricelines website booked my stay for. I wanted to stay Aug 29th and somehow priceline's website booked the hotel for 12 days later!?????? Now, staff said they could not rebook it because it was booked third party. So i called both priceline and and confirmed that it was that beeded to either refund the stay OR rebook the stay. Why im still upset at staff at Sheraton is that they actually SHOULD have the power to refund me or rebook. I think it speaks terribly for their system that they couldn't do that simple thing, given will still be paying them for the stay that (absurd as it is) was "non refundable". Again, I booked the stay for Aug 29th. Priceline's website changed that date against my will.
Negatives: When i had the agents on the line (yes THREE different times i waited on hold at the hotel for 20 mins each time) they said that they just needed confirmation from the hotel manager. I said I can hand you off to the hotel manager right now. The agent from all three times said no they cant do that for security reasons, but they can call the hotel or the hotel can call them. So we tried that twice, both ways!! And both times they put the management at Sheraton on hold for 10+ mins until they had to go do their job and couldnt hold any longer!!! And they claimed there was too much static on the line whennit was the other way around!! So, who am I MOST frustrated with? A:! Worst predatory business practices I've EVER seen ANYWHERE! And believe me I eill be posting reviews all in due time on evry travel site i can find unless I do get my full refund for this stay I have paid $128 for and never got to use or got refunded. I will make priceline ans pay dearly for not refunding me.

Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Negatives: That it didn’t have a hot tub! We reserved a room with a single queen size bed. The bed we had seemed like a full size bed, very small and not comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I woke up with sore backs, not able to sleep.
Overall, was a good stay!
