After Friday, Nov 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Unknown parking fee. Miscommunication about pet fee. A $25 hold was mentioned, I thought this was the pet fee but it was indeed $75, pre tax. Pet Fee, Parking and Tax on these ended up being $89.63. Almost the same cost as the room. Kinda a bummer
