My debit card was double charged and one payment is still pending on my account. The staff assured me the second charge would be credited back to my account by mid night on the night of my stay but it is still pending at this very moment. It is funds I cannot access at this time. The first payment cleared my account almost immediately. I don't understand why it's taking so long to credit the second charge back to my account.?.?.?.?......
