Negatives: Everything Ryde people gross rooms nasty beds bo breakfast bar and pallet locks on most doors over priced way to much cheapskate owners it's a no stay away

Negatives: Everything. The whole building has a strong terrible smell. At times I could smell the stinch outside of the building. The bathroom smelt like mold. The shower caulking had mold all over it. The owners are very awkward & not welcome at all. Check in process was slow as heck even though I paid when I booked the room. Stains on the carpets all over the building. Clearly can tell theyve never had their floors shampooed. Terrible breakfast select. Poor maintenance across the board. Owner was wearing flip flops worn dry scaly feet. Overall this place is terrible & disgusting. Wear shower shoes or flips in the shower & do not go barefoot.

Negatives: Our room had a horrible odor like mold. The bathroom toilet leaked. The ac unit stopped working on the first night we were there and by morning the floor was soaking wet from the ac unit. We reported it all to the front and they only put a ice bucket under the leaking pipe in the bathroom. All the breakfast items were watered down.

Negatives: Carpet was worn dirty. Staff was not friendly at all

Negatives: Room had torn up and patched carpet. They only provided one small shampoo and soap. There was no elevator. The Hindu shrine in the lobby was a little over the top in my opinion. The breakfast bar had few choices. Staff was very difficult to understand.

Negatives: Manager was very difficult to understand and was not friendly. I realize that he may not be very fluent with English and am willing to accept that, however he needs to be more hospitable when welcoming guests. Was the same way in the morning, I would suggest that he practice a nice greeting and ask people to return again when they leave. It was also difficult to find the right entrance off of the freeway. A sign is needed at the driveway into the gas station that indicates the turn to the motel. It was dark and the turn is right off a roundabout, making it hard to find. I mentioned it to the manager and he agreed a sign was needed. Otherwise the stay was good.

Negatives: Given Ima city girl, the location was a little bit rural for my liking. Very nice but too rural for me

Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable. Needed remodeling.
