The door did not latch, I was told to use the dead bolt And fold over lock, but that can only be done when in the room. Also the place needs a face lift. The bathrooms are patched up, the closet shelf was broken.

It was very dirty. It hadnt been actually cleaned in some time. The walls and light switches were dirty. The floor had food and pills around the edge of the beds. Our puppy picked up a Rx pill, thankfully I was able to take it away. Thankfully the bedding was clean.

The maids were very nice and always asked if we needed anything, very nice ladies!
Negatives:
Served the same things for breakfast every morning, our room door did not shut/lock right, TV did not work (had to have staff come and fix it), the dresser that TV refrigerator and microwave was on was chewed at bottom, when we went swimming the safety hand rail was broken, most of the time we went to front desk no one was to be found, vending machines did not work.

I called to specifically ask if the hot tub was working as we needed a hotel with it for a muscle injury. They told us yes. When we got there, the hot tub was in fact not working. When we asked about it, the front desk was very rude. She refused to give us the general manager information.
