Positives: Convenient location for an event I was in town for. Courteous staff. Nice clean room comfy bed. Breakfast was nice standard fair. In room coffee replenished along with towels without a request. Pool was great for kids.

Negatives: Coffee machine at breakfast not good. Walls are a bit thin. Could hear conversation. Finally turned on the fan to constant to drown out noise for sleeping. It worked out.
