Positives: Absolutely nothing. The place was full of crackheads, I had my 3 kids and husband with me and none of us felt safe.

Negatives: Drug addicts roaming the whole place, staff especially OWNER was rude, room stunk, door was broke, location. The list goes on.

Negatives: Took a long time to get attention of front desk guy to check in - big spider in bath tub. Big gap in bottom of door which is probably why spiders able to get in. No one came and cleaned the room after first night
