Positives:
We did not like anything about this place. The photos we seen before paying look nothing like the actual place. Also after arriving and going on line and checking the place out again we found out we pId $100more than what we could have paid for it that day. Very frustrating. Breakfast was horrible and staff used same rag on the floor then on the counter.

The advertisement is nothing of what the place really looks like not even the lobby.

The property was well kept, I personally like the fact that it is close enough to downtown Kansas City Missouri for all the events I had planned. Also surrounded by good restaurants that I also took advantage of, and knowing that there is a hospital only a Couple minutes away really had me at ease in case of an emergency.

Positives:
You have a beautiful atrium at the core.
You also have windows that still open.
Also like having various eating options just across the parking lot
Negatives:
The atrium overlooks the pool closed by the health dept and the atrium air handler
works so hard I needed a blanket and earplugs. Only used 1 out of 8 days

Not what I expected to...
Negatives:
They put me in 4 rooms before they actually found one that was clean and the bed was made. The last one just so happen to be their model room. The mattress was old and I feel they put you in a room based on how they judge you. The first 3 rooms were run down 2 didn’t have microwaves. For it to be a Patel property they need to do better.
