Positives: It was a quiet neighborhood and the Mexican restaurant right next door was amazing! The bed was also soft and comfortable.

Negatives: There are no elevators and our tv did not work. We asked to have it fixed twice and the person they sent up had no idea what to do. The tv box was hanging from the wall with the wires hanging out and if you held it the right way you got at least 2 channels. There was also someone smoking in the next room because you could smell it coming into our room. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel as well. Plus, we had some creepy older gentleman (who had a Baymont shirt on) follow us out to our car on Saturday afternoon yelling at us to check out, when our check out date wasn’t until the next day which was Sunday. It was just a really weird vibe.

Negatives: I have a video of a roach crawling on the wall ! I reported to front desk & let them view the video ! They claimed a manager wasn’t there & they would contact me the next day! Never received a call or email from them ! They also did not refund my deposit! Terrible!
