The only good thing about this hotel was.There was wifi and the selection of food at breakfast

THIS POST IS LONG BUT INFORMATIVE!!!!Check in was quick and easy.But as soon as I entered the room, I knew it was not the room.I booked it worked so I didn't say anything. Upon entering, I noticed that there was no dresser.Or any type of drawers to put Our clothes in Which may have been a blessing in disguise. But we will get to that in a minute.. So I went to put our bag on the table and it was very wobbly.None of the furniture was very sturdy. So therefore we have to put our bags on the floor. After getting settled into the room we were going to go to the pool (The pool being the main reason for our Stay at this location. I called previously to booking to make sure that their in fact was a pool that it was indoors and that it was working.) Upon arriving to the pool.
There was a note taped on the door that the pool would not be up and running And they were sorry when I asked the front desk when the pool would be up and running.The lady told me she had no idea that it was closed or being worked on. Later that evening My son was going to take a bath. And and when I turned the.water on the shower head and the tub faucet ran simultaneously And the water did not Stay or get very hot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and loud.
When getting on or off the bed. You could definitely tell that the mattresses were old and Spring mattresses.Even the mattress topper pad they put on the top did absolutely nothing for comfort. I had originally booked this room for 2 nights But on the second night after coming back to the hotel from an event that we had been to. We were all exhausted. Ready to shower and go to bed My son was asleep so we put him in bed. And I got in the shower after getting out of the shower I sat down and looked over at the other bed and. I seen a bed bug crawling on my son's pillow.I immediately jumped up.Snatched the pillow from under his head And ran down to the front desk with the pillow.
