Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was great about replacing trash bags and towels.

Tv remote didn't work and the first night in the room I had to kill a roach but I've heard they're common in kansas. I also happened to have the room right next to the elevator, so it was hard to sleep because of the noise. That however isn't anyone's fault I suppose, someone has to have that room.

Common areas littered; carpet dirty; old sinks and misc piled out back; maintenance/janitorial closets wide open w/messy carts sitting in hallways; bedspread (waffle-textured "sheet") stained; no blanket, ice bucket or hair dryer; LOUD.

Room was awful. Remote was chewed! Sink didn’t drain. Didn’t have a blanket for bed it was just basically sheet on top of sheet. Had no shampoo for us. Paint on walls were chip and didn’t look clean at all. Don’t recommend this stay at all! Brother in law bought a suite and got to the hotel and was told it didn’t exist. Rooms did not look anything like the pictures online.

This is one of the filthiest hotels I?ve ever stayed at. There is trash in the elevator that has been. Y whole stay. The staff is not friendly. The hallways are filthy the tub in has tape over a big whole in the side of it. Refund IIs needed

Absolutely nothing. I walked right out of the hotel as soon as I saw the room.

By far the worst hotel room I have ever seen, it looked more like someone else was living in there. There was random pieces of furniture, a hodge-podge of plastic cups, dozens of plastic bags, stains all over the couch, crumbs all over the floor, and a mattress that must have been over 20 or 30 years old.
