Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable or friendly. The morning front desk staff was clearly watching a show of some sort on his phone behind the desk because it was very loudly playing for all to hear. Very unprofessional. Breakfast was mediocre in options and quality. The room was also disappointing; the bathroom trim was falling apart, you had to slam the bathroom door to shut it because it was so tight in the door jam, the door also slightly hit the sink when opening/closing it. Light shined through the room door from the hallway all night; clearly not well sealed.

Front desk staff was nice but they didn’t do right about my charges. They charge me the whole stay plus deposit but my stay was prepay before get there also housekeeping was knocking our door
at 8 am on our last day to check if we leave the room and wake us up. So I was really disappointed for that their check out is at 12. Never happen this on other Hamptons.

I booked & paid for my one night stay through booking.com. I was told by a very rude young man named Pishon at the front desk that the payment from booking.com didn't go through (even though my bank statement said my payment to booking.com had gone through) & that I would need to give my credit card again. He was smirky about the whole situation. The manager finally straightened that out & gave us our room. I went to my double room & it hadn't even been cleaned--2 unmade beds, trash in the bathroom, & wet towels on the floor, just gross. Once again Pishon was rude & of absolutely no help. He was very condescending. The manager was able to give us a suite, but my son had to sleep on the most uncomfortable pull out couch. I wlll never stay at this hotel again only because of my experience with Pishon.
