The lady that worked the desk during the night hours was extremely rude. When we checked in to get a key because we could get the digital key to work she acted annoyed, me word responses and no eye contact.

We arrived and was told we hadnt paid for room when we absolutely had paid. Plus it was outrageous. We canceled the reservations and he couldnt give us the room we just canceled. We were there 2 hours trying to check in. Finally had to find a different hotel.

Fairly cheap, minus the extra charges I wasnt told about that I wasnt prepared for upon arriving. So I take that back, cheapest I could find, but still expensive. Very happy with the breakfast/dinning area, and ease of getting to our room.

I got two rooms and out of the entire building they stated they had no rooms next to each other or conjoining. I reserved the rooms almost 3 weeks in advance. So it was pretty inconvenient to have 1 room on the first floor and one on the third. Also it states they charge a $20 room incident fee but its actually $50 per room. I asked for a receipt but she was unable to provide me with one but I kept my bank statements just in case. It looked like they were remodeling and our room had no blind you could pull down on the first floor so I had to cover it up with pillows. Some stuff was falling out of the wall.

The location was excellent and they are doing remodeling so I am guessing the remodeled rooms will be better than ours.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was rude when we were checking in. Our room had stains all over the carpet, the heating and cooling in our room worked poorly, the bathroom had a sewer smell if we didn't leave the fan running and the door propped open.
Positives:
Everything was on point, only exception was they had a remodeling project going on, in no way did it take away from the quality or service of the facility.
