The bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. The bedspread looks worn, the pillows were much smaller than a standard pillow, and the mattress seemed uneven.

They never cleaned my room the 4 days I stayed there. My trash cans were overflowing, the kleenex was empty, and I had to ask foe clean towels every day.

I had to change rooms right away because the A/C unit sounded like a helicopter was in the room. I book HGI because they have a restaurant on site and I don't have to travel for dinner. The restaurant was no operational during my stay.

Disappointing and I won't stay here again.

There was nothing that could have been done to make me or my family want to come back to this hotel. This is a very poorly managed hotel and property.
Negatives:
I reserved a room with 2 double beds. When we got to our room we had 1 bed. When I checked in the person at the front desk never asked if a single bed was ok and we had 4 people staying in 1 room. We had one sink for 4 people. This hotel is old, ceiling is cracked, the toilet room you could barely turn around in. There were other guests that were staying at this hotel, a fight broke out and there was a very large amount of yelling and profanity being said and this scared my girls and had them in tears. This was a awful 24 hours and we didn't even get the room and space we requested. There was 1 functioning elevator for the large amount of people checking into this hotel on Friday night and we waited over 30 minutes to get onto an elevator to get to our room. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
