Negatives: I cancel the hotel reservation in book.com looks like you don’t pass the info to the hotel I been charge for the night it’s been 5 days don’t see any money back yet

Negatives: Price was too much, only one entrance in on out of the building.

Negatives: Because I don’t eat iam fasting

Negatives: I had no safety lock

Negatives: The beds are hard as a rock, the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was freezing.

Negatives: No complaints

Negatives: I arrived a little late after being stuck in traffic during the storms. First disappointment was the pool was closed. That was the determining factor of booking this hotel vs another in the area. Our room was paid for on booking.com. The person at the desk said he tried to run three of my cards for incidentals and they were all declined. None of them had any record of a swipe or reason to be declined. I also get a notification if cards are declined for security and that did not happen either. I’ve paid for many rooms online and have never been told the need a physical card to run. But the card that was used online was in my hand and he said it was declined. The area was not safe, and the man asked for $100 in cash after we were waiting for over an hour. Something seemed off and I did not feel safe going to an ATM if I could even find one at 1:00 am. I ended up having to go book another hotel and finally checked with no credit card problems at about 3:00 am.

Negatives: The elevator and the hallway to our room reeked of the smell of marijuana. The room did not smell, though. People, including the staff, smoked outside too near the door. When we were loading our car near the door, people were smoking near our car.

Negatives: Booked the hotel and when we got there we were towing a trailer and they said we couldn't park it there. No where online did it say no trailers. So we had to find another hotel and they wouldn't refund my money. They need to put it online if they don't.

Negatives: Stayed because it had a pool, which was shut down. They alowed dogs in the rooms and had to wake up to one barking off and on for a few hoours.
