Positives: Service was awful, we’ve been contacting both the hotel and booking.com to reschedule for a bit over a week. Between both of them we’re super disappointed, everyone we talked to at the hotel was rude and unwilling to help.

Negatives: Bad customer service, and it was hard to even get ahold of anyone. Nobody ever got back to us on rescheduling for a later date after my wife got into a bad accident. I wouldn’t ever book through booking.com or this hotel again.

Positives: Location was great right off highway.

Negatives: It smelled like smoke in the entire hotel. The shower had hair all over it. Was only given 1 towel , 1 washing and 2 hand towels. When we went to desk for more towels waited for 10 minutes and no sign of staff. This used to be our hotel of choice when staying in kc. Definitely has declined in the last 5 years.

Negatives: The pool water was murky. The hot tub was cold and the jets were broken. This was the main reason for staying here and when I tried to talk to a manager about it he never got back to me. The key cards barely worked. The breakfast selection was little to nothing. Next time I go to spend over half my rent for 2 days I expect all the facilities in amenities to be working like they say they are
