It was close to the Azura amphitheater

We found cockroaches in 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked, u could hear every move made in the room above us, only 1 out of the 3 rooms is what I booked and tho I collected pictures & literally collected the cockroaches & 2 out of 3 of my rooms were not what I booked & paid for I wasn’t offered anything to make it right other than an I’m sorry I’ll tell the housekeeping staff. Also there was a women and child that seemed to be lingering around the hotel all 3 days and the little boy would run after us (not a huge deal) but non guest shouldn’t necessarily be a nuisance to paying customers as I spent over $1600 for 3 days there

The staff, the limit on pillows/towels/blankets, the pool wasn't up to date for code, the breakfast was boring not much options. Coffee was disgusting. Room wasn't completely clean. Refused to take cash when told they would for payment. Overpriced. Hot tub was broken stayed on, never turned off. Pool was extremely shallow. Only 4ft. Elevator only fits 2 people (a sign says 2 people or a small family). Highly don't recommend.
