The place was extremely dirty. The shower head was gone, the shower didn't work. I left the hotel. I could not let my kids sleep in that disgusting place. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. And to top it off, I don't get a refund because booking.com will not give me the option.

The rooms felt damp and muggy, the rooms were not vacuumed but there were no large pieces of garbage in the ground. The vent in the bathroom was badly rusted.

The room was good. Jacuzzi tub in my room was awesome!

The breakfast was okay. The juice machine was not working and the employee could not get the boxes of juice in the way they were supposed to be. The refrigerator that has the cold items in the breakfast area was not cold at all so I didn't have anything from there. The pool was closed.

We found cockroaches in 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked, u could hear every move made in the room above us, only 1 out of the 3 rooms is what I booked and tho I collected pictures & literally collected the cockroaches & 2 out of 3 of my rooms were not what I booked & paid for I wasn’t offered anything to make it right other than an I’m sorry I’ll tell the housekeeping staff. Also there was a women and child that seemed to be lingering around the hotel all 3 days and the little boy would run after us (not a huge deal) but non guest shouldn’t necessarily be a nuisance to paying customers as I spent over $1600 for 3 days there
