The pool water was murky. The hot tub was cold and the jets were broken. This was the main reason for staying here and when I tried to talk to a manager about it he never got back to me. The key cards barely worked. The breakfast selection was little to nothing. Next time I go to spend over half my rent for 2 days I expect all the facilities in amenities to be working like they say they are

The place was extremely dirty. The shower head was gone, the shower didn't work. I left the hotel. I could not let my kids sleep in that disgusting place. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. And to top it off, I don't get a refund because booking.com will not give me the option.

The rooms felt damp and muggy, the rooms were not vacuumed but there were no large pieces of garbage in the ground. The vent in the bathroom was badly rusted.
