Negatives: It was gross. Our sink had no running water. Lights kept flickering while off so we had to unplug. It stunk so bad. Bathroom was dirty

Negatives: The rooms were very greasy, smelly, muggy, and moist. My girlfriend and I walked into our room right after checking in and were gone within the next five minutes. I will never forget walking into that room and was immediately hit with a wall of stench. I also tried to get a refund for my overprice ($180) room and the service was handled poorly. I will never stay at a Quality in ever again and will give my personal experience to anyone that says they are staying there.

Negatives: First room we were in smelled of smoke. Shower was not clean. Hair dryer didn’t work. Hallways were uncomfortably hot and air control within the room was loud and made a clunking sound all night long. Bed did not have a fitted sheet on it - only a flat sheet - which exposed a significant amount of the mattress before the night was over. For $160 per night, we expected better.

Negatives: Beds were a little firm and springy. Included breakfast was lackluster so don't plan around it if you like to eat a hearty breakfast. Road noise nearby can be loud. Extended rooms in second building I would avoid and work to be in the main building during your stay.

Negatives: As nice as they were during check in there was an older Gentleman asking for a room change already. We (party of 4) didn't realize we would have as well. As we checked in & recieved RM 408, so we proceeded to the room that was outside detached from the main building. Outside our room a foot from the door was a middle aged female(maybe early 20's). Sitting on the ground smoking a cigarette as she was on the phone telling someone they owed her money. Glad my daughter wasn't with for she was not sitting lady like and showing off her goods. (Possibly prostituting from this location) Then as we walked by to our room we opened the door to a very bad stench.. which smelled of terrible odor. (Two of us coming from the medical field.. smelled similar of 'a decent human') non the less a terrible smell. Then we set our thing on the bed closest to the door & noticed a light brown splatter on the wall which appeared to be smeared feces. The headboard appeared to have blood on it as well which was very alarming to us. The bed skirting has black mold on it as well as the microwave cabinet. Then we checked the next bed & noticed what appeared to have vomit stains on the side & stained floor. We checked closer and was a Large stain underneath from who knows what.. not sure why but checked the bathroom as the towels/rags were dirty with some brown residue.. somehow we managed to take a fee photos before we removed our belongings from the room quickly & went to the front desk to alert them. We kindly waited to speak to them privately not infront of other guests & notified the front desk personnel of the accommodation. One guy responded very calmly as if he wasn't surprised or have heard this before. & the other asked if I was sure. I quietly mentioned I had photos then they both made eye contacted.. a brief pause & asked to see if I was bluffing.

Negatives: The lock on the hotel room door was not secured properly which made it difficult to enter. The air conditioner was not working properly. The beds were made, but when I walked into the bathroom, there were dirty towels on the floor, a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. So I'm not sure if the sheets had actually been changed or the beds just made.

Negatives: Second time there visiting son at school. Dirty both times. Parking lot - think there are multiple families staying there full time. Also, hot tub out of service both times (and unclean). Second time after we got ready to get out we noticed several places with fecal matter on the bottom of the pool! One last note: while I can appreciate the staff wet vacuuming our room, carpet was still wet and smell of mildew, increased by not turning on AC unit in our room. Negatives: Dingy, kind of dirty. Toilet seat was broken and toilet didn’t flush well. Bad smell in my room.

Negatives: The room and exterior of the hotel were filthy, the toilet would not stop running, and there were only two lights that worked in the bathroom light fixture. They advertised and charged for two queen beds but it was clearly only two full beds in the room. The breakfast area as disgusting. they served cold eggs and sausage (not just sitting out cold but frozen and not heated up properly). The staff was less then helpful with any questions or concerns. We have a daughter that attends KU therefore we stay in the area often but we will NEVER be staying here again.
