Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The layout, amenities, climate control, cleanliness, comfort, peacefulness, breakfast, parking - it was all wonderful. And the staff was even better -friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. A great stay!

Honestly, there's nothing Towneplace Suites in Lawrence could do to improve my stay there. I'll be back.

I couldnt stay due to an injury to my wife. I worked through Booking to get a refund. Staff at Marriott said it would be no problem as I had called over a week in advance. The manager, Mel, was apparently too busy to assist with multiple requests sent to her from Booking, so I paid for an empty room.
