Negatives: It was under renovation, which wasn’t stated online there was only one working elevator that was shared with the construction crew and the hallways and our room smelled extremely strong of commercial type paint or glue smells to the point of giving us headaches so we ended up not staying in fear of getting sick. We were only there an hour The staff was extremely rude and made us get our belongings out immediately or else we would be charged for the night. They didn’t even offer us another location and had already charged our card, which would take up to 10 days to be refunded. Don’t think I’ll ever stay at a Hyatt again Ended up at Holiday Inn express at was wonderful
