Not up to the standards of the brand. Room was nice size, but bathroom is so small that door barely closes! Breakfast buffet only okay and coffee was weak. Only one elevator operating the entire stay (4 nights)

Breakfast was nice, staff was great, nice clean place, the parking lot needed pothole repairs which were being addressed during our stay.
Negatives:
The beds were very well used. Like sleeping in the center of a canoe. Also the side was very soft, I assume where everyone sits to get dressed or put their shoes on. Lastly I wish hotels like this one would stop using low profile toilets.

Staff was very friendly. Room temperature was comfortable. It was quiet. Spacious with our 3 kids with us.
Negatives:
Only had 1 working Elevator. Had tp wait awhile when we were leaving. Bathroom could've been a little bigger. The beds are only full size.

So, we waited 20 minutes for the one elevator to get to the 3rd floor that wasn't crammed full of people in order for us to get to the lobby and check out! Staff said that the info about elevator was posted on the intranet! Really? How about a few signs on the door and also telling people at check in time and apologize ahead of time since you know the wait for the elevator would be long...
