Upon checkin we were told the pool does not work (needs repair). No notification up front was provided due to 3rd party booking app used. I has specifically booked this hotel due to having a pool with intend to use! No credit could be offered upon checkout, again due to 3rd party booking app used. Bathroom set up is aweful! Very small with water not turning hot until it's ran for a few minutes! Very small closet!

Positives:
The staff is amazing! After another booking feel through on bookings.com, this location had a room at 11:00pm ready for me to check in on 15 minute notice. Greg checked us in, and asked our plans. He gave great suggestions for this visit as well as for Milwaukee! He remembered us the next day when he saw us and made sure we knew how to get to the Royal's game we talked about the night before. When we returned after the game, he asked how we liked the stadium. Very nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to an incident, but not the hotel's fault. I'm just disappointed since we picked this hotel because it had a pool.

I loved everything about my stay. The staff were great, the breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant was very good.
Negatives:
The pool was very gross looking. It had green water. The bed was also not great. Not the worst mattress in the world but it felt worn out.
