Bathroom was dirty. Shower had hair I mentioned to the front desk. Bathroom was cleaned but the hair still there. Also they offered me 20 dollars voucher for the restaurant which was not deducted timely.

Food and drinks are way overpriced. Prepaid for my reservation and they charged me again at the hotel saying they didn't see any prepayment. Didn't seem to care when I told them I already paid and I'm sure it's because I didn't book direct. Still waiting for my reimbursement a week later.
