The check in counter clerk where plesaent and nice. She could do nothing to help with the fact that two of the lights in the room where burned out at first becouase mainatance had gone home. She found another light bulb for the desk light which I needed to use.
Negatives:
The pool was closed a fact that they failed to mention when checking in. If I ask do they have a pool and they anwser yes then the asumption is, well you know. The lamp for the desk did not work even after I tried another light bulb. I also pluged the lamp in and still it failed to come on. There was a single cup coffee maker but it was not pluged in and a large dresser whould have to be moved to gain acces to a plug. One of the sercurity doors to the interor hallway worked only about half the time. In the morrning by the automatic pancake maker I saw a roch. I reported this to the front desk. I asked the clerk to have the manager call be and gave them my phone number. You can see where this is gong, no call. The place has new paint and some money has been put into renovations but the management is substanded.

Nothing. It smelled. Bathroom had m I ld around the tub. ABD THE BED HAD HUMAN STAIN. SO THE 2ND ROOM WAS JUST AS BAD. A BUG IN THE BED

The room is not as pictured on the website. It doesn't feel safe nor clean. I have taken a lot of pictures that I would like to share with you that are unacceptable. I am disappointed and upset that someone would think this room is up to standards.
If anyone seen the room before they paid their hard earned money they would turn back around and leave.
I would like to talk with someone about a refund. Please email or message with a resolution.
