Positives: When I booked my room almost over a week early I get there and they go. We’re still cleaning. We have no rooms available and I said why book my room it should be available. I just flew out on this flight and I’m very tired. I want to unpack and lay down. Can you come back after three and it was like about two something I go sure I come back after three. It still was not ready and the girl asked me. What can you walk up steps to a second floor one that I have I said, why do you think I can’t walk up steps butas sure I go up there and carry my luggage all the way upstairs the key does not work at all. I had somebody else in housekeeping help me try the key. It still did not work carrying my luggage all the way back downstairs And said I haven’t even entered my room. It was not ready. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half or more do the refund on my room. It was smelly like old socks. The staff was unprofessional had a little tiny girl run around back behind the office. It was not run properly And the people outside even though it was one something in the afternoon the atmosphere of the people was real scary, but I can handle myself in a lot of situation, but it just was not right. They need to be more professional and have the rooms ready cause I don’t know why people are booking the room to fly in and I was flying in for a funeral and I was very unhappy
Negatives: When somebody book a room online that far and dance, it needs to be ready when the customer takes the key open the door, the office, the hallway and different area smell like stinky socks office staff should not be sitting behind the desk, bringing a child to work with them running around this child has been there for a couple hours which is our prior when I come the first time a little girl probably 567 at the most and the young girl behind the desk which truly the age of nothing to do with her, but she was probably the mother or the sister of this little girl, you don’t have daycare for your child. Stay home with your child. You don’t bring your child to work with you as a daycare solution
