Negatives: Everything we got there late had to wait for someone to come to front to check us in. Then after checking in we saw things wrong with our room and went to ask for new one the guy at front was now gone and we waited and nothing. So we had no choice but to stay in the room for the night and when we went to front desk in am to complain about it and ask for a refund or discount towards a future stay with motel 6 cuz we use them alot cuz they allow pets. The guy said no cuz you stayed in the room I told him the time of night we couldn't book a room anywhere else smd your staff wasn't here to help change rooms. He said we shouldn't of slept in the room cuz now the manager won't give you a refund.

Positives: Nothing! There were kids riding bicycles around and around the parking lot and a group of young men hanging out in the parking lot upon arrival!
Negatives: The room assigned smelled of marijuana and there were 3 roaches in the bathroom upon entering so we did not stay at this motel. I asked for a refund and the desk clerk had me fill out a form to have my reservation refunded. I am expecting a refund soon!
