Arrived at the property and went to our room with had another guest in it motel 6 had no remaining rooms and would not honor our reservation while we searched for another hotel to stay at we were told to leave the property or face being arrested.
Negatives:
We had reservations and the hotel would not honor them. I just spent 3 Hours driving and 3 hours in chemotherapy for cancer and was wiped out and to be treated rudely and kuck off the property was upsetting. I will add we were completely polite and non confrontational and still were treated unprofessional and rude.

Very small room. Shower felt like a camper shower and had no shampoo or anything for you to use.

It has a good listed price and everything basic for staying the night somewhere but thats where this ends..

We booked on the app and upon trying to extend our stay since its cheaper for long stays we were told they dont allow you to extend through the app and NONE OF THAT IS STATED ANYWHERE. We extend on the app at literally every hotel we stay at. Now this is going to cost us an extra $70 for something they wont allow such as extending our stay on the app. Now im forced to book an additional reservation and pay even more even though we planned this all ahead. This hotel shouldnt be listed on this app if they dont honor extensions or basic stuff im doing for my stay through the booking app.

Checked in and had to switch rooms four times to find a room that didn't have cockroaches in it in the middle of the night. While my family slept outside in the trunk. I didn't get into bed until we hours of the morning after getting my little girls in the bed and getting their school outfits picked out for the morning. Of course I woke up a little late which made us all late and we were 15 minutes after 5:00 after 12 got kicked out from the owner
