Checked in a very dirty room!! Trash full, sheets full or hair and black stains on pillow cases. Brown stains on towels. I could go on and on!! Front desk very rude refusing to give me my money back. I’ve called several times and they hang up on me and walk away from the desk when I try to talk to them in person. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel even if I was homeless that’s how bad it is!! I want my money back I should have read the reviews. Such a scam!!

The bathtub was cracked and caused my fiancé to cut her foot. The smoke alarm was plastered with toilet paper. The bed frame sounded like it had a drum in it. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom for a dual queen room. The wall was torn up from the door handle.
