Staff were friendly and did what they could.
Negatives:
Pool was dirty. The bottom was full of grit. The water had a greasy sheen's on the top and there was human hair wrapped around the handle. Also in the pool area was a cupboard with a glass front containing a fire extinguisher. The glass was broken and at a perfect height for my grandchildren hands. As the pool was one of the reasons for booking I was very disappointed.
The room was clean but it took 4 days to get the room made up. The aircon was so poor it would not bring the room under 72f even when running all day

Positives:
The queen suite was spacious with two full bathrooms and two queen beds. The living room had a sofa and a TV. The breakfast was very good. They had sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits with gravy, cereals, milk, yogurt, fruit juices and pancakes. Good service too.
Negatives:
Hotel should consider providing at least two bottles of complimentary water or have their water dispenser available all the time, not just for breakfast.

Room 219 sounded like I was in the same room as the people down stairs. In between 3 and 9 pm dogs were barking one night and the first night, it sounded like I was watching football.

I liked that the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
When we got into our hotel room I noticed that there was an inch of water in the tub. Then I flush the toilet and it over flows. So at 2am we had to call down to reception to have the situation resolved. They moved us up to the 4th where I had already asked to be because we other friends staying in the same hotel on that floor but when I asked during check in of we could be on the same floor I was told no. I also don't like the fact that there is nothing that states there's going to be a $50 incidental deposit upon arrival. Something needs to be done about it
