-70 degrees in the morning and the whole building and room was humid and musky. Don’t think AC can keep up.
-there was mold in the sink overflow hole
-pool is indefinitely closed, which coincides with the condition of the building.
- whole building is dated and has many many signs. Buttons broken in elevator, which doesn’t even have the state inspection paperwork, carpets are almost black from traffic. The walls are peeling. Whole building has an odor.
- as I was checking in a couple was demanding a refund due to hair in the new bed.

Positives:
We had a "dog friendly" room so it was okay compared to my first stay, which had a nicer, updated room. Just happy they welcome pets. Beds were comfy and bedding, towels, etc. were very clean. Staff were super friendly as always. We checked in at 2am and they were still up and attentive. Much appreciated. Plenty of parking - we had a trailer. Good lighting at night. Really nice area to take a walk out front. We slept through breakfast, but that was included with the room. Definitely my go-to place for when I'm in town. FYI, there's a really nice dog grooming and boarding facility right down the street.

Comfortable bed. Several options for breakfast, waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereals. It was okay. Coffee was good, hot. Quiet and restful. Friendly, professional staff.
Negatives:
Overall appearance looks like it's seen better days, dinged up doors and chips in bathtub. Paint on trim. Slightly musty smell in hallways but room seemed fine.

Smell of dampness and mustiness in room. Sheets smelled like they did not get dry, had a definite smell, could not wait to get out of room after shower. Breakfast, cooked food was cold not warm, had to warm in microwave, and we were first ones to breakfast, we were not late. We stayed but will not stay again.

Positives:
I liked to location, close to the highway good food all around and good parking all the way around the building. Front staff was efficient, but that's about it.
Negatives:
Tiny room, sticky floor, CRAZY loud AC, bed was as hard as a rock, tv from 2002, mini fridge was wobbly, and hardly cold.shower water pressure was almost non existent. Expected but still much lower pressure than I would have thought
