Our room smelled so bad from something someone in another room was cooking, and the smell even permeated our clothes. We had requested a queen or king size bed, but received 2 standards, and could not change it for the queen or king.

Negatives:
We stayed in a handicap accessible room. We aren't handicapped and it's a good thing because when my husband took a shower, the entire bathroom floor was covered in water due to the zero entry shower with shower curtain, and ill designed shower drainage setup. It was not a good experience.

The ice maker is very loud and scared me a couple of times, but I was a little jumpy to begin with. It was the ONLY thing that comes to mind.
