The AC in my room was not working so sleep was difficult and it was uncomfortable. The staff was apologetic and cared but said they couldnt do anything in regards to a refund because I booked through a third party.

I was not able to check in until 8am the next day and had to sleep in my car in 30 degrees weather.

Everything was great here . Friendly staff , super easy hotel to find off the highway especially if youre having soccer tournaments . The best part was the breakfast it was amazing ! We will be staying here next time definitely one of the best in kc !

Front lobby was nice. High pressure shower was good.
Negatives:
Ive spent less and had nicer beds, pillows. Every pillow was flat and the bed was way too firm for my liking. I feel like I shouldve just stuck with Holiday Inn cause I know what Im getting there. I tried something different cause the shower looked like an upgrade (which it was) and breakfast looked like a step up. I was looking forward to breakfast but didnt sleep well so I skipped breakfast trying to catch up on lost sleep. Thats what I get for venturing outside my comfort zone. I hate falling for glossy pictures and not getting the details that matter. Just did not meet my expectations compare to other $200 or higher that Ive spent on other hotels.
